Chairs
Head and vice chairs are responsible for running committee and maintaining order at the conference. Chairs are usually students with at least one year of experience and every committee has at least two chairs. Both chairs may be responsible for running committee alone at some point, so both must be well versed in their committee procedures and topics.

The Chair's Guide includes important information regarding chairing, as well as dates of mandatory meetings and deadlines.

Assignment #3: Topic Synopses
Each committee should collaborate to write a topic synopsis for each topic. Synopses are starting points for delegates researching their topics in more depth. Due November 30th.
